What's the process in 2021?

Each youth group leader is responsible for registering their youth group as a group first and then the individual campers can register through that youth group. You can start this process here.

  • Step 1: Youth leaders sign up below as a user and then click the "Your the person responsible for registering your group"
  • Step 2: Totara Springs will accept you as a group and then you can let your campers know to start registering themselves. Note: be sure to register yourself once your group is accepted. Registering your group the first time does not register you as a camp leader. 
  • Step 3: Youth campers and leaders then go to the same link. Create a user/log in. Then choose your youth group.
  • Step 4: Add attendee
  • Step 5: Add yourself or the person you are signing up with all their information
  • Step 6: There is no deposit to pay at this stage. 

Notes: 

The rego cut-off date of Friday 21 May is strictly enforced - unfortunately we are unable to accept any late regos. We may be able to switch out campers from one male to a male or a female for a female. Leaders can check on all who are registered with their group by going to this link and logging in with the same user they created the youth group with originally.

What are the registration and payment deadlines?

Each youth group and camper is required to register through the online system by Friday 21 May.

Payment to Totara Springs needs to be made before camp or on the Friday evening of camp in one lump payment

Pricing

In 2021, we've decided to subsidise the cost of HM Rage as we wont no reasons for people to not come and hear the word of God! We've dropped the cost by $30/person and, as usual, we've standardised the cost to make it the same for everyone. Easy peasy! Whether you are student or adult the cost is:

$160 per person

Note about special diets: There is an extra cost of $30 for those with any special dietary requirements. You’ll be able to select this option through the registration process.
